We are looking for an experienced

Production Floor Supervisor

with a strong background in the

leather and rexine bag manufacturing industry

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing daily floor operations to ensure smooth production flow.

Key Requirements

:

Proven experience working as a Floor Supervisor or Production Supervisor in a leather bag or rexine bag manufacturing unit. Strong understanding of bag construction processes, including cutting, stitching, assembly, finishing, and quality standards. Formal education is not mandatory; however, relevant industry experience is essential. Minimum Required Experience-3-4 years

Daily Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations on the production floor. Meet production deadlines and coordinate workflow between departments. Oversee stocking and restocking of all raw materials required for production. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Oversee the planning, production and completion of bulk orders.

Preferred Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain discipline and motivate production workers. Knowledge of production timelines and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
