Job Description

Production and workflow management

Plan and organize workflow by assigning tasks and preparing production schedules to meet production targets. Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating efficiently and meet quality standards. Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and production metrics. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient production process.
Staff and team leadership

Supervise, mentor, and guide production staff to optimize performance and motivate the team. Communicate shift briefs focusing on quality, cost, delivery, and improvement ideas. Train new employees on machinery, standard operations, and safety procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Quality and safety compliance

Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Challenge non-conformance and implement countermeasures for any issues that arise.
Issue resolution and improvement

Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions to maintain workflow continuity. Identify inefficiencies in the production process and suggest improvements. Ensure non-conformities are addressed and that counter-measures are implemented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
