We are looking for a dedicated

Production Supervisor

to oversee the manufacturing of

shoe soles

and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in footwear production, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage order counts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities in the shoe sole manufacturing unit. Allocate tasks to workers and ensure production targets are met on time. Monitor order counts and ensure timely completion of customer orders. Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams for material flow. Report daily production output, issues, and manpower updates. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks for smooth workflow. Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness on the production floor.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of production processes and manpower management. Ability to track and manage daily order counts efficiently. Good communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
