Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor from the Solar Lighting Industry who can efficiently manage production operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and allocate manpower effectively to meet production goals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
Handle and supervise production staff with discipline and motivation.
Analyze production performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and implement training schedules for production team members.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.
Requirements:

Prior experience in the Solar Lighting Industry.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
