Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Production Supervisor

to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our

Silicon and Polyurethane Foam production facility

. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain product quality standards, manage production staff, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Production Oversight

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of production lines for silicon and polyurethane foam products. Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and time. Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce waste and downtime.

Team Management

Lead and motivate production operators and technicians. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees on machinery operation and safety procedures.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with quality control standards and specifications for foam density, resilience, and curing processes. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify and address production issues. Maintain production documentation and records in line with ISO and industry standards.

Maintenance & Safety

Monitor equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize production delays. Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA and local regulations.

Reporting & Coordination

Generate daily production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate production updates and issues to plant management. Participate in production planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a foam, chemical, or industrial manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of silicon and polyurethane foam production processes, equipment, and quality standards. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Physical & Environmental Conditions:

Exposure to noise, heat, and chemicals typical in a foam manufacturing facility. Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
