We are looking for a dedicated and responsible

Production Supervisor for our

IndiaMART

calling process.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily calling team operations for the IndiaMART process.
Ensure achievement of production and quality targets within timelines.
Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback or training.
Maintain reports on daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate

in any stream (Mandatory).

Minimum 2 years

of experience in

production or calling process supervision*.

Strong communication skills

in English(both written and verbal). Ability to handle team pressure and motivate agents to achieve goals. Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skil Working Days & Timing:*

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
