Key Responsibilities and Roles

Production Management:

Overseeing Production.

Safety and Compliance:

Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and identifying potential hazards to maintain a safe work environment.

Quality Control:

Inspecting materials and products to detect defects and ensuring compliance with strict quality standards before, during, and after production.

Team Leadership:

Supervising, training, and scheduling production staff to optimize productivity.

Equipment Maintenance:

Monitoring, starting, adjusting, and troubleshooting packaging machinery to maximize uptime.

Operational Optimization:

Analyzing production records and metrics to implement improvements, reduce waste, and manage inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Industry Knowledge:

Knowledge of metal packaging, sheet metal work, and manufacturing techniques.

Leadership:

Strong team management and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data for process improvements and report on performance metrics.

Diploma or Graduates with 2+ years of experience as Production Supervisor with Strong ERP Skills in required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
