Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Supervisor

to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing or operational environment and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations on the shop floor or department Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet production or operational targets Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies Maintain quality standards and minimize rework, waste, or downtime Monitor machinery/equipment and coordinate with maintenance when needed Train, coach, and support team members to improve skill and productivity Report on shift progress, delays, incidents, or deviations to management Keep accurate records of production output, attendance, and equipment status Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Planning, Stores) for smooth workflow Enforce 5S, TPM, or other continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred 3-6 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role Experience in [insert industry - manufacturing, logistics, metal forming, etc.] Good understanding of safety, quality, and productivity metrics Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP systems)

Work Environment:

Shop floor / Factory / Warehouse setting May require shift work, weekends, or overtime depending on production schedule PPE required in designated areas
