Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The role involves managing staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers. Plan and organize workflow to meet production schedules. Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies. Train, guide, and motivate team members for efficiency. Maintain records of production, materials, and equipment. Ensure safety rules and procedures are strictly followed. Report production updates and issues to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred.
