Job Description

Oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. Lead, train, and mentor production personnel, setting performance standards and conducting evaluations to enhance team productivity. Plan and organize production schedules, assigning tasks and priorities to ensure smooth operations. Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and implement improvements as necessary Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed. Act as a liaison between the production floor and upper management, providing regular updates on production status and challenges.
