Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:

Overseeing and leading production teams. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to production employees. Preparing work schedules and coordinating production activities. Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.

Production Process Management:

Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Ensuring equipment is functioning properly and scheduling maintenance. Identifying and resolving production issues. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating material requirements.

Quality and Safety:

Implementing and enforcing safety procedures. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicating with other departments and teams. Collaborating with management to set production targets. Reporting production metrics and performance to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,766.79 per month
