Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets Ensure production schedules are followed and deadlines are met Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Enforce safety rules, policies, and procedures on the production floor Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production staff Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment problems Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation Collaborate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teams Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and labor
