Supervise day-to-day production activities to achieve planned output, quality, and efficiency.
Manage manpower allocation for shifts and ensure smooth operation of machines.
Monitor production targets, hourly output, and downtime; take corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and buyer requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and efficiency data.
Control material usage and minimize wastage.
Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies on the shop floor.
Train operators and helpers on machine handling and work methods.
Support HR and management in shift planning and manpower requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Any Degree.
0-3 years experience in a textile / garment / spinning / weaving unit.
Good knowledge of production planning, shop-floor control, and machine operations.
Ability to handle large manpower and work in rotational shifts.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
