Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production of industrial racks, pallet racking systems, and storage solutions
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet output targets
Manage shop-floor workers including welders, painters, machine operators, and helpers
Ensure adherence to quality standards, drawings, and specifications
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE on the shop floor
Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in
industrial racking / fabrication / heavy engineering
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes
Ability to lead teams and meet production deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, production reports)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in pallet racking, heavy-duty racks, or warehouse storage systems
Knowledge of lean manufacturing
