Job Description

Purpose of Job:

Supervise and control motor production processes including component machining, stator/rotor assembly, winding, varnishing, testing, and dispatch readiness while ensuring quality, safety, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end production of motors (stator, rotor, winding, assembly) Allocate and manage manpower for: Core stacking, coil insertion, winding, soldering Impregnation/varnish & oven curing Rotor assembly, shaft fitting. Final motor assembly & mounting Ensure daily production targets are achieved with minimal rejection and rework. Coordinate with:

Stores

for material availability (copper wire, lamination, bearings, shafts, insulation, etc.)

Maintenance

for machine breakdown support Monitor critical machines: Winding machines, pressing, slotting, balancing, ovens, test panels Maintain documents: Production reports, shift logs, test records, rejection analysis, material consumption Ensure quality compliance by following SOP, Work Instructions, and QMS standards. Train operators on process improvements and safety. Report daily status to HOD.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
