Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning
Allocate work to tailors/operators and monitor productivity
Maintain quality standards during the production process
Coordinate with quality, cutting, and finishing teams
Monitor manpower efficiency and reduce production wastage
Ensure adherence to safety, discipline, and factory policies
Report daily production status to the management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
