You'll be responsible to ensure that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Skills:

Experience as Production Supervisor Organizational and leadership abilities Intermediate skills in MS Office Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Education:

B.E Mechanical (required)
Experience:

Production Supervisor: 2 years (required)
Responsibilities:

Ensure production schedules are adhered. Submit reports on performance and progress. Coordinate the material flow with other departments and ensure the continuity of production. Coordinate and maintain regular servicing and repairs Train new employees on safe machinery usage and following procedures Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace/housekeeping, this includes stocking supplies Responsible for Machine shop and ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Maintain accurate records of production, quality and maintenance activities. Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality or consistency.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
