Production Supervisor - Alloy Metal Manufacturing (Aluminium Base) | Fresher

We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor (Fresher) to oversee day-to-day production activities in an aluminium alloy metal manufacturing unit. The role involves monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting smooth shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support production activities as per daily production plans Monitor aluminium alloy manufacturing processes and report deviations Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and workplace standards Coordinate with operators, maintenance, and quality teams Maintain production records and assist in process improvements Support inventory control of raw materials and finished goods

Requirements:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering Basic knowledge of aluminium alloy manufacturing processes Willingness to learn shop-floor operations Good communication and team coordination skills

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
