Job Title: Production Supervisor (Automobile Manufacturing)Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations in the automobile production line. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient use of manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the automobile assembly/manufacturing line Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions for defects Enforce safety rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Manage and motivate production workers and technicians Allocate manpower and materials effectively to minimize downtime Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments Maintain production reports, shift logs, and performance records Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of automobile manufacturing processes Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Understanding of quality systems (ISO/TS/IATF preferred) Familiarity with safety standards and production KPIs Good communication and reporting skills

Pay: ₹18,028.16 - ₹68,050.09 per month
