We are hiring for production supervisor

JOB PROFILE Position : Supervisor-Production Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience : 4 to 5 years' experience in Heat exchangers, Heavy Fabrication/pressure vessel/Expansion joint and pipe line industries
:
1. Preparation of production plan for Daily & monthly schedule.
2. Preparation of BOM as per fabrication drawing.
3. Preparation of purchase requisition (Indent).
4. Coordination with purchase dept for raw material procurement.
5. Identification of Long Lead items, sub-contract activities and execution of the same consultation with Sub Contract persons.
6. Fill the gap of shortfall in required Raw Material/ Child Parts/Small items for shop and subcontracting orders, by interacting with Projects and Purchase Department
7. Ensure the fabrication/ welding activities at shop are carried out with sufficient Spiders/ Moon Plates/ Stiffner Rings/ Locking arrangement/ Adequate system to avoid thermal distortion
8. Ensure sequence of assembly fit up based on drawing requirement
9. Handling In-process Inspection & welding process (Knowledge in GTAW/SMAW and MIG) 10. Monitoring fabrication output on daily basis as per the specified time line
11. Handling Pressure test and DP test.
12. Compliance to all ISO Process/ IMS Requirements. Skills : Manpower handling, good oral and written communication in English

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
