Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure production processes are carried out as per standard procedures and safety norms.
Monitor raw materials, production batches, and workflow efficiency.
Maintain production records, logs, and daily reports.
Coordinate with quality control (QC) and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Inspect equipment and ensure the proper functioning of machines.
Identify process deviations and report issues to the Production Manager.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
Assist in process improvements and contribute to achieving production targets.
Requirements:
Educational background in
Chemistry
(B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech).
Basic understanding of chemical processes, lab practices, or production operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage production workers effectively.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and readiness to learn.
