Plan, schedule and monitor production runs, assign tasks and prioritize work to meet targets.
Enforce quality standards and safety regulations to ensure a safe, compliant and high-quality output.
Monitor workflows, implement cost reductions and suggest upgrades to processes and equipment.
Prepare shift summaries and performance reports for management
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience as supervisor / leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Oil & Gas field will be preferable
Degree or Diploma in engineering or other relevant field
Strong organisational and leadership skills
