Job Description

Supervise staff:

Manage and direct production staff, set performance expectations, and conduct performance reviews.

Plan and schedule:

Develop and implement detailed production schedules, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Ensure quality and safety:

Enforce quality control procedures and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Problem-solve:

Identify and resolve production issues, malfunctions, and other problems that arise during the manufacturing process.

Monitor and improve:

Monitor production processes for efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving strategies and process upgrades.

Maintain equipment:

Ensure machinery is functional and properly maintained, calling for repairs when needed.
