Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Coordination:

Plan, organize, and monitor production processes to ensure smooth and timely manufacturing of automotive parts or vehicles. Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and avoid delays. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., design, quality control, procurement) to ensure all components are available for production.

Process Optimization:

Analyze production methods and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programs (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and quality. Work on automating processes or introducing new technologies to increase production capacity.

Quality Control:

Ensure all products meet strict quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify any quality issues. Work with quality assurance teams to resolve defects or production issues quickly.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Ensure the production equipment and machinery are well-maintained and operate efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery breakdowns or production stoppages. Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
