1Responsibility to Achieve 100% of assigned Targets

2Responsibility to prepare production planning by daily, weekly and monthly against to given sales monthly plan

3Responsibility to prepare plan and ensure 100% utilization of man, machine, material planning by daily, weekly and monthly

4Responsibility to ensure producing materials zero deviation of SOP and Standard approved parameters and specifications

5Responsibility to control rejection, rework and repeated errors toward zero percentage

6Responsibility to keep the shop floor neat and clean and safe environment

7Responsibility to efficient utilization and control of resources like wastage, idle, excessiveness, short and unauthorised

8Responsibility to identify the skill gap of team members and fulfil the gaps with coordination of HRD

9Responsibility to prepare and maintain required documents and submission to management

10Responsibility to give on job training for new joiners and ensure zero deviation in SOP

11Responsibility to keep the all equipment's and utilities with good condition

12Responsibility to increase the productivity by process improvement, lean management and technology innovations

13Responsibility to accountability of the material consumption, wip inventory and FG

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
