Key responsibilities

Production planning and scheduling

: Create production schedules, allocate resources, and manage manpower to meet production targets.

Staff supervision

: Direct and coordinate the activities of production workers, provide training and coaching, and monitor performance.

Quality assurance

: Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements through regular inspections and by implementing corrective actions when needed.

Safety and compliance

: Uphold health and safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards throughout the production process.

Equipment and maintenance

: Monitor equipment performance, schedule regular maintenance, and ensure the safe use of machinery.

Record keeping and reporting

: Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory, and labor hours, and prepare reports for management.

Process improvement

: Identify and address inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and collaborate with other departments like engineering and quality assurance.

Inventory management

: Coordinate with purchasing and stores for raw materials and finished goods, and manage inventory levels.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
