Team leadership:

Supervise and coach a production team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and manage employee grievances.

Production management:

Plan and schedule production runs to meet goals, monitor processes for efficiency, and ensure timely delivery.

Quality control:

Implement and enforce production standards to ensure product quality and accuracy, and collaborate with other departments to address quality issues.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, train staff on safety procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.

Process improvement:

Identify and resolve production issues, implement process improvements to boost productivity, and reduce costs.

Inventory and resources:

Manage inventory levels, ensure adequate allocation of materials and equipment, and maintain accurate production and inventory records.

Reporting and communication:

Report on production metrics, submit performance reports to management, and communicate with other departments to align goals.

Training:

Train new employees on safety procedures and the use of machinery.
