We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The role ensures safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while managing a team and improving processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Monitor production processes and address bottlenecks or defects
- Train, schedule, and evaluate shift staff; manage performance and morale
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
