Health and safety: Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, and addressing any concerns immediately
Communication: Liaising with other departments and teams to ensure a smooth production process
Customer service: Ensuring customer orders are completed on time and to budget
Budgeting: Estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with clients and managers
Training: Organizing relevant training sessions, and training and coaching factory operators and sorters
Reporting: Producing production reports through the collection of data
