Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assembly line operations, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining quality standards while managing a team of assembly workers

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train assembly line workers. Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are upheld. Maintain safety and compliance with company policies. Coordinate production schedules and resolve issues promptly. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Oversee and coach employees Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance Check production output according to specifications Submit reports on performance and progress Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Train new employe es on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
