We are seeking a

highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer

with 1year

of deep expertise in roofing systems and structural steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day production operations, improve manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and drive operational efficiency across our roofing and structural product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the plant. Ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of roofing sheets and other structural products. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement processes. Monitor production schedules, quality control, and material usage. Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams. Troubleshoot technical issues in fabrication, forming, cutting, and assembly processes. Ensure adherence to safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies. Maintain production documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

1 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering, preferably in roofing or steel structure industries is a must

Read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings, including roofing layouts, truss assemblies, and steel member details.

Plan and execute production schedules in coordination with design and project teams. Supervise operations including cutting, welding, bending, roll forming, and assembly. Strong knowledge of roll forming, welding, CNC cutting, and structural steel fabrication processes. Familiar with standards such as IS, ASTM, and other relevant codes for roofing and structural materials. Proficient in production planning tools, CAD software, and MS Office. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
