Job Description

We require an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operation. You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Proven experience as Production Supervisor Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Organizational and leadership abilities Intermediate skills in MS Office Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Education:

B.E Mechanical (required)
Experience:

Production Supervisor: 2 years (required)
Responsibilities:

Prepare day-to-day Production Plan and Resource Plan based on Weekly Plan Ensure production schedules are adhered to and met Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Supervision and Management:

Submit reports on performance and progress. Coordinate the material flow with other departments and ensure the continuity of production.
Maintenance and Training:

Coordinate and maintain regular servicing and repairs Train new employees on safe machinery usage and following procedures Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace/housekeeping, this includes stocking supplies
Safety:

Responsible for Machine shop and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of production, quality and maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting:

Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality or consistency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
