Job Description

1. Production Planning & Control

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with PPC (Production Planning & Control). Allocate resources (manpower, machines, materials) effectively to meet production targets. Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as required.

2. Operations Management

Supervise all production activities across welding, powder coating, deburring, assembly, and dispatch areas. Ensure optimum machine utilization and minimal downtime. Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination with the maintenance team.

3. Quality & Process Control

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Implement and monitor process improvements for productivity and quality enhancement. Work closely with the Quality department to resolve issues and reduce rework/rejection rates.

4. Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate supervisors, operators, and workers. Implement skill matrix-based training programs. Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping (5S) in the production areas.

5. Cost & Resource Management

Monitor and control production costs, wastage, and scrap. Drive lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives for cost reduction.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure safe working practices and compliance with statutory requirements. Conduct safety audits and participate in safety committee meetings.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain production reports, daily shift logs, and KPI tracking. Present periodic reports to management on performance, productivity, and improvements.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
