Team Management

: Lead, motivate, and develop fabrication and production staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching.

Production Planning & Scheduling

: Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.

Process Monitoring

: Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation, resolving issues as they arise.

Quality Control

: Implement and maintain quality control systems, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Health & Safety

: Implement and enforce effective health and safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

Resource Management

: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure their efficient allocation.

Reporting & Documentation

: Compile reports on production, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and accurately complete necessary documentation for compliance.
Experience:

Metal fabrication: 2-3 years Assembly: 1 year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
