Job Description

A Product Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. They are also known as Production Supervisors or Manufacturing Supervisors. The primary responsibilities include planning, organizing, and scheduling production activities, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Monitor daily production schedules and ensure targets are met.
- Manage shop-floor workforce, ensuring adherence to discipline and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production, wastage, and downtime.
- Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and machinery for efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot production process issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
