Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a manufacturing facility, with hands-on experience in fabrication and assembly processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining high-quality standards in our assembly line operations.

Duties

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. Train and mentor team members on the proper use of power tools and hand tools. Monitor the assembly line process, ensuring that products are fabricated and assembled according to specifications. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other departments, including quality control and warehouse operations, to streamline processes. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to management. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and forklifts. Experience working in an assembly line setting is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
