Job Description

Production Planning & Execution

Supervise daily production activities as per schedule. Ensure optimal use of manpower, machines, and materials.

Team Management

Monitor and manage workers/operators on the floor. Assign tasks and ensure discipline, punctuality, and productivity.

Quality Assurance

Ensure products meet quality specifications. Coordinate with QC/QA team for in-process checks.

Maintenance Coordination

Report and follow up on machine breakdowns. Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and downtime logs. Analyze performance data and report to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setup Strong leadership and team management skills

CNC & VMC Machines Setting Knowledge Must

Good understanding of safety and quality standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
