Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the polyester resin manufacturing process, ensuring production goals are met efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. The role involves supervising production teams, managing resources, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Education - Polytechnic Diploma, 1 - 2 yrs experience in any chemical manufacturing company. Special preference for past experience from polyester resin manufacturing, Phenolic resin manufacturing, and paint manufacturing or a related field (preferred).

Familiarity with production equipment, machinery, and manufacturing techniques.
