POSITION:- PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

BASIC FUNCTION:-Accept Production Planning, To Maintain Daily Production log , To Approve the work Instruction , SOP, FMEA and Process Validation , To Plan and act as per Supplier Schedules

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-Give output as per production plan.Selection and application of tools and equipment's for production Supervising manpower deployment shift allocation.Ensure safety, Health, and environment norms.Liaison with production management, design team and Tool maintenance for continuous improvement in production, Machine Usage, Process improvements etc.Monitor and improve safety on the shop floor; eliminate any unsafe operations and ensure a safe and clean product environment.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:-Work Experience as a Production Supervisor in Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Companies like ED, Powder Coating & Spray Painting Plant or Similar Role Minimum 3 to 5 years Experience is requiredFamiliarity with Production Planning and IATF DocumentationBasic knowledge in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Experience in using spreadsheets Organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Diploma/ ITI in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
