Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible

Production Supervisor

to manage daily production activities, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and workers Ensure production targets are met on time Maintain product quality and minimize wastage Monitor machine operations and report any issues Allocate work to workers and maintain attendance Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the production area Coordinate with stores, quality, and management teams Prepare basic production and shift reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

10th / 12th / Diploma or any relevant qualification 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Freshers with good knowledge and interest in production can also apply Basic knowledge of machines, production process, and safety rules Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work in shifts and handle manpower
