Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible

Production Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day floor operations and production activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

shop floor production

,

warehouse production

, and the ability to handle manpower effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage shop floor production activities Ensure smooth operations and workflow across the production floor Monitor daily output and ensure production targets are met Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and team supervision Coordinate with warehouse and other departments for production flow Maintain production records and basic reports using Excel Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times Troubleshoot operational issues on the floor as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in production supervision, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setup Strong understanding of floor management and shop floor operations Ability to manage and guide a team of workers Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting Good problem-solving and communication skills Should be able to work in RAI, Sonipat location

As per industry standards
