Supervise daily production activities and manage workforce on the shop floor
Ensure production targets and daily output are achieved as per plan
Monitor quality standards during manufacturing of solar panels/structures/components
Allocate manpower and assign tasks to operators and technicians
Maintain production reports, logs, and shift records
Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and safety equipment
Coordinate with Quality, R&D, and Maintenance teams
Conduct daily checks of raw materials and inventory required for production
Train and guide team members for better efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety rules and maintain a clean production environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
