Position : Production Supervsior
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical or production,
Age Band - 25-35
Experience : 5-15
Supervise and coordinate daily production and utility systems to meet production targets
Ensure all operations are conducted safely, adhering to company policies and offshore permit-to-work protocols
Supervise and mentor production staff and contractors, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and company policies.
Prepare and maintain production reports, progress tracking, and documentation.
Support quality control and inspection activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in collaboration with site teams.
