We are looking for a

Fresher Supervisor

to handle

manpower and production activities

in our wire manufacturing plant. Candidates should be willing to work in

12-hour shifts

and be ready to learn shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage

shop-floor manpower

Allocate workers as per production requirement Ensure smooth production flow in the wire plant Maintain discipline and attendance of workers Coordinate with production and maintenance teams Ensure safety rules are followed on the shop floor Report daily production and manpower status to seniors

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

10th Pass / 12th Pass

Experience:

Fresher can apply Willing to work in

12-hour shifts

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: As per company norms Training will be provided

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
