We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the daily manufacturing operations within our marble processing factory. The successful candidate will manage the production team, monitor processes, and ensure that all production goals, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning:
Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand and deadlines, optimizing workforce efficiency and resource allocation.
Process Monitoring:
Monitor all stages of marble processing (cutting, polishing, finishing, packaging) to ensure smooth operations, maximum efficiency, and adherence to quality control standards.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications, managing quality control throughout the process.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce all in-house and regulatory health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment and decrease the potential for employee injuries.
Troubleshooting & Improvement:
Identify and resolve production issues as they arise. Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Machinery & Maintenance:
Coordinate the inspection, maintenance, and repairs of production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Inventory & Resources:
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw marble slabs, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of all assets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience at a supervisory level within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a marble, stone, or similar industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with production machinery, manufacturing tools, equipment controls, and inventory management systems

Pay: ₹10,227.61 - ₹16,000.00 per month
