We are looking for an experienced

Production Supervisor

to join a leading lubricant manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and maintain health and safety compliance on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day lubricant production activities Ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime and optimal efficiency Monitor product quality and implement control procedures Enforce EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) protocols Train, guide, and manage production team Maintain accurate records of production, QC checks, and safety incidents Report daily operations to Production Manager

Candidate Profile:

Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role (Lubricant/Petrochemical preferred) Proficient in production processes, EHS practices & ERP systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
