Job Summary

We are hiring a fresher Production Supervisor to join our Galvanizing Plant team at Silvassa/ Sarigam. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to work in a hands-on, high-paced industrial environment. You will be trained to supervise daily production activities, monitor process parameters, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during

12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising galvanizing operations during the shift. Monitor process parameters like temperature, zinc bath condition, and material movement. Maintain production reports, shift logs, and checklists. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Report machine faults or abnormalities immediately. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.

Skills & Requirements

Diploma -Mechanical / Undergraduate Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night). Good communication, problem-solving, and basic technical aptitude. Physically fit and ready to work in an industrial shop floor setting. Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
