To control manpower, ensure smooth production, maintain quality discipline and daily work flow inside the factory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure all workers are present & working properly o Guide workers during production o Maintain discipline and cleanliness o Monitor quality and reduce rejection o Ensure proper use of tools & dies o Check job cards and daily production records o Inform owner about delays, breakdowns, material issues o Coordinate dispatch readiness o Basic preventive maintenance follow-up.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
2-5 years experience in any manufacturing factory o Sheet metal / press shop / fabrication preferred o Should have handled manpower o Education not critical -- practical knowledge more important.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
