Job Description

Sunlink Precast - Factory Production Supervisor

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI Civil or Mechanical

Experience:

3-5 years in concrete or precast production

:

Supervise and manage the factory team for daily production of precast and civil products. Must know

batch mixing plant

, concrete mix ratios, mould casting, and curing. Responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth dispatch.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of batching plant & concrete production

Team handling and manpower management

Record keeping & coordination with dispatch team

Awareness of safety and machine maintenance

Location:

Sunlink Precast, Badnagar, Sehore

Salary:

As per experience 15-20000
