Key Responsibilities:
Daily supervision of Production Activities from Receiving to Final Packaging with proper documentation.
Working to develop an efficient Process flow on the production floor by managing labour, raw material, and packaging materials.
Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in production hall.
Maintaining Daily production Reports.
Data entry works related to production for record keeping.
Develop good working relationships and apply hands-on leadership at all levels within environment, leading and communicating as needed to maximize individual and team performance.
Provide leadership to the efficient coordination and execution of workflow.
Supervising staff and provide them with relevant training on all aspects of the operation.
Ensure that all production sanitation, safety, and security activities are consistently performed.
Monitor the product temperatures from time to time.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Factory Manager as and when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent in applied sciences (Preferably Fisheries/Food Technology/Microbiology).
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3years in Seafood Production or Quality Control
